Start by looking, for free. Watching the work, reading the regulations in seven languages, voting in the open first round — none of it costs anything. Money comes in at two points only: entering a work, and voting in the final round.
No account is needed for any of it. Voting is the one exception, and only so that one person casts one vote.
Prices come from the checkout catalogue. What this page shows and what you are charged are the same number, because the page reads the catalogue rather than repeating it.

Entering is per work, and the fee is settled when you submit — free with an invite code from a sponsoring partner or a past contest. Entering never buys a vote. The amount you give never buys more votes. One person, one vote per field. A company that sponsors at any level can recommend works; it cannot vote. Organisations are on the partners page.
