The exhibition

The Generative AI Expo is an exhibition for the people who build with generative AI — around 300 exhibitors, run by Hare LLC. Vol.6 expects about 3,000 visitors; Vol.5 drew about 2,500. We are taking a booth there.

Three things at the booth

01

Enter your work, there and then

We take entries at the booth. Bring the URL of the work — that is what the review looks at. With the code below, the review fee is waived on the day.

02

The magazine, and the new book

We sell the monthly magazine and the new book — 『【キャラクターを創り動かす】画像・動画生成AI スタートガイド』 (SB Creative, ¥3,300) — and sign them.

03

Try the AI and VR work

A hands-on demo of AI and VR work. You can see what the ten fields actually look like before deciding where yours belongs.

The venue code

The review fee is USD 10 per work. On the day of the expo, a code handed out at our booth waives it. It is the same mechanism as a partner's recommendation code, so nothing about the entry itself changes — only the fee.

We hand the code out at the booth on the day, so it is not printed here.

  1. Take the code at the booth.
  2. Open the entry page and sign in.
  3. Put the code in the code field, instead of paying.
  4. Press Submit. The entry is received with no payment.

You need the URL of the work, and an email address you can read at the venue. Everything else can be filled in later.

Why that day matters

The first round closes the day after the expo. Entering at the booth is the last comfortable moment to make it — and the only one where the fee is waived and someone is standing next to you while you do it.

Entries continue after that as late entries — the first round is not the last chance, but it is the one the nominations are drawn from.
