This award is decided by the people who look at the work. Ten fields, and in each of them someone has to actually watch, read, listen, and then say why. That is what a Supporter does.
The amount is small on purpose. One person, one vote per field, and the amount never buys more votes. A company that sponsors at any level can recommend works; it cannot vote. We keep those two things apart so that the result means what it says.
Your real name, a handle, or nothing at all — you choose which of the three appears in the credits. Changing your mind later is a mail to award@aicu.ai.
Agreement with the purpose of the award, and agreement to the Code of Conduct. We ask first and take payment second, because the reason you hold a vote is that you agreed to these — not that you paid.
Paid to AICU Inc. through AICU Checkout. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Full refund within 14 days, as long as you have not yet cast a vote — the legal notice has the details.
If you need a Japanese invoice — consumption tax, a qualified invoice number — write to award@aicu.ai and we will bill in yen from AICU Japan instead. It costs a little more, because the exchange and the fees are in it.
The first round is free and open, and it selects three to ten finalists in each field. You vote on those finalists. A vote without a comment is not counted — what the creators receive is not the number, it is what you wrote.

Your X handle and one line appear in the banner at the top of this page. We read it before it goes up, so it takes a little while. Editing it puts it back in the queue.
Use them as they are: horizontal, on white, with clear space around the mark. High-resolution PNGs are for print.
Dates are in Japan time unless marked AoE. This list is the same one the office works from.
